It connects your thinking to tasks and goals, remembers you across every session, and gets smarter about how you work over time — automatically.
Lumeniro is NOT a medical device, mental health service, therapy tool, crisis service, or professional advisor of any kind. Nothing Lumeniro says constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Do not rely on Lumeniro for decisions that require professional expertise. Lumeniro is productivity software — equivalent to an AI assistant, task manager, or knowledge tool. The AI is a thinking partner and accountability aid, not a therapist, counsellor, or coach.
To use Lumeniro you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

You own everything you write, say, or create within Lumeniro. Your conversation content, goals, tasks, and ideas are yours.
By using Lumeniro, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will never use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
You agree not to use Lumeniro to:
Lumeniro's AI responses are generated by a large language model via OpenAI's API. AI-generated content can be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. You are solely responsible for how you act on anything Lumeniro says. We make no warranties about the accuracy or fitness of AI responses for any particular purpose.
Lumeniro's memory system stores summaries and extracts from your conversations to personalise future sessions. This memory is not perfect — it may miss things or surface outdated information. Treat it as a helpful prompt, not a reliable record.
We aim to keep Lumeniro available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss caused by service unavailability.
Lumeniro is an early-stage product. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We will notify users of significant changes by email where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumeniro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or harm resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are between you and PrioritAi Labs Inc. (Ontario, Canada). They are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
